Chehalis is one of the best Northwest disease resistant varieties, producing very large yellow fruit with crisp, sweet juicy yellow flesh. Resembles Golden Delicious but the flesh is crisper. Originated in Chehalis, WA in 1937, it is great for fresh eating, cooking or cider. Hardy zones 5-9.
