Excellent fresh eating apple has a sweet nutty flavor and crisp juicy texture. Large heavily russeted golden yellow fruit has a conical shape, ripening late and often hanging on the tree into winter. Discovered in a fence row in Tangent Oregon and released in 1931. Hardy zones 3-9.
