Lampeira Branca is native to the Algarve region of Portugal. Commonly called Lampa Branca it is a medium sized light green fig with a red interior. Rich and very sweet with a complex flavor it is considered to be a honey fig and is very highly regarded. Consistently bears 2 crops a year.
